Cancellation Policy

Natural hair should be at least shoulder-length so we can braid properly. Please ensure to arrive to your appointment with pre-brushed hair. Hair must be free from products, gels or leave-in conditioners. Face 'n' Glitz won't hair-braid anyone if head-lice is found present or anyone who has nano or any other type of hair extensions. Children need to be aged 4+ Please note hair-braiding isn’t advised for those with sensitive scalps.
