WHAT IS INCLUDED?

  • Bespoke Glitter Bars with a minimum of 2 hours hirewill sparkle forever
    As part of our service we can offer biodegradable glitter that is derived from renewable raw materials, not tested on animals and is Vegan Friendly

  • Professional Glitter Artists who will create wonderful memories that 

  • A range of fancy face gems from a reputable UK cruelty-free brand that are lab tested, non-toxic, designed specifically for use on the face/body and not tested on animals

  • High quality professional water-based face-paints suitable for use on the face/body (Diamond FX/Global brands) that are of cosmetic grade, FDA & EU compliant andvVegan Friendly

  • Fully insured with Public Liability insurance and DBS checked A gazebo for outside events

  • Fun props to use for photos - including promotional selfie boards, fun hats/glasses & much more

 

BOOKING OUR SERVICES

  • Travel is included if the event is within 30 miles from Diss. Travel is chargeable at £0.45 per mile if the event is 30 miles or more from Diss

  • All bookings are at the discretion of Face ‘n’ Glitz and must be requested using our booking form

  • All events must have a set start and finish time. We will arrive in advance to ensure we are set up at the agreed time and will finish glittering and face-painting at the agreed end time We suggest that you allow around 30 minutes of glittering time per 10 people and around 60 minutes of face-painting time per 10 people

  • A booking is only secured once Face ‘n’ Glitz are in receipt of a 25% deposit

  • All deposits received by Face n Glitz are non-refundable

  • Once you have confirmed you wish to go ahead, we will issue and invoice along with our booking form and T&C's that need to be completed to confirm the booking along with the 25% deposit

  • Any outstanding balance is payable 28 days before the event date and can be paid via bank transfer (BACS) or PayPal

  • Failure to pay 28 days before the event date will result in loss of service

  • We are sometimes able to accommodate late bookings if we have availability, however these will require full payment at the time of booking

CANCELLATIONS

  • Booking deposits are non-refundable should you wish to cancel your booking

  • If you wish to cancel your event, notice of cancellation must be given to Face 'n' Glitz at least 28 days prior to the event date in writing

  • No refund can be given and the full fee remains payable to Face ‘n’ Glitz if you cancel within 28 days of the event date

  • If the booking is directly affected by circumstances beyond the control of Face 'n' Glitz including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, no compensation can be offered by Face ‘n’ Glitz. The client is strongly advised to take out wedding insurance to cover against such situations

  • If the client needs to change the date of  the event Face 'n' Glitz will do our best to accommodate this where possible and the client's payment will be transferred to the new date. If the new date is unavailable then the booking will be cancelled and the cancellation process, as stated above, will apply

  • In the very rare instance Face ‘n’ Glitz has to cancel, we will contact the client at the earliest possibility and the client will be offered a rescheduled date or full refund

SAFETY

  • We will face-paint anyone aged 3 years and over and glitter anyone aged 5 years and over. It is not advisable to paint children under these ages as they may have sensitive skin and tend to be too young to sit still

  • It is the clients responsibility to make Face ‘n’ Glitz aware of any known allergies or skin sensitivities that themselves or any of the party may have prior to the event

  • Clients with cold sores, conjunctivitis or open wounds will not be face-painted/glittered. As an alternative, arm-painting/glitter may be offered

  • Face ‘n’ Glitz cannot be held liable for any losses or damage that is incurred due to the client’s failure to inform the artist of any known condition

  • Whilst we will encourage a child who is reluctant, we will only face-paint/glitter a child who wants to be

  • Our brushes are sanitised in between every client and we use hand-sanitiser regularly at all events. All equipment is also cleaned and sanitised thoroughly after each event

  • Water is changed regularly

  • The glitter and face-paints are easily removed with a face cloth and water. It is not advised to use and lotions or wet/baby/cosmetic wipes as they may cause a reaction when mixed with some makes of face-paint
