Here are some answers to the most frequently asked questions…
What are your booking Terms & Conditions?
We require a 25% deposit to secure your date and the remaining balance is due 28 days prior to the event date.
Payment methods and terms are issued on your booking forms which are sent via email. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable.
How long do you need to set up and pack down?
It takes us around 30 minutes to set up and be ready to glitz and around 20 minutes to pack down.
Can you set up outside?
We love glittering at gorgeous outside venues however we do require a shelter to glitter under - i.e a gazebo along with lighting. If there are adverse weather conditions we will need to be inside so I would always recommend having a 'plan b'.
Do you have Public Liability Insurance?
We do indeed. We have Public Liability Insurance to the value of £1 million and will issue our certificates prior to each event.
How much do you charge?
We offer different packages depending on the numbers of the guests - all our packages can be found here. We can also tailor packages specifically for individual events.
Where do you cover?
We have Artists based in Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex and Cambridgeshire so primarily do weddings and events in East Anglia, however we are more than happy to travel all over the UK and overseas (additional travel costs would occur).
Travel is included if the event is within 20 miles from Diss, Norfolk. Travel is chargeable at £0.45 per mile if the event is 20 miles or more from Diss.
What designs can you do?
We can do a variety of different glitter designs including an array of face designs, back-pieces, chest-pieces... just to name a few. Some examples of our glitter work can be found here.
Is your glitter eco-friendly?
It most certainly is and we are very proud of this. More information on what we include to be as eco-friendly as possible can be found here.
How far in advance should I book?
Peak dates get booked up very quickly, so we always recommend booking early to avoid disappointment. We are currently taking bookings until 2024.
