Appointments

Once you have made an appointment with us you will receive an confirmation email confirming your appointment.

If you need to cancel, reschedule, or make any changes to your existing, contact us as soon as possible. 

 

Preparation Before Appointment

Please arrive to your appointment at least 5 minutes early. If you arrive to your appointment late, you will miss your slot. 

Please ensure to arrive to your appointment with pre-brushed hair. Face 'n' Glitz won't hair-braid anyone if head-lice is found present or anyone who has nano or any other type of hair extensions.

Cancellations

​

We understand that sometimes circumstances beyond your control may mean you have to cancel your appointment. We kindly that you provide at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations. Please note that if you cancel after this timeframe, we won’t be able to offer refunds, as we turn away other clients to hold your appointment.

Age Restrictions

​

We will not braid any child who is under 4 (due to them sometimes being unable to sit still). We will not braid any child who doesn't want their hair-braided. ​​​​​​​
